乳酸菌NICE系統是在乳鏈菌肽誘導下由nisA啟動子控制目的基因表達的，含nisR和nisK的兩組分調節系統的高效誘導表達系統。由于NICE系統的誘導劑、宿主菌和載體都是食品級的，其應用前景十分廣闊。
產品特點:
- The system is fully food grade
- No endotoxins are produced
- No inclusion bodies
- No spores
- No extracellular proteinases
- Tightly controlled gene expression allows production of toxic proteins

- Production of homologous and heterologous proteins for food, feed, pharma and biocatalysis applications
